General Parking Regulations section 19


A $35.00 fine will be issued if you park a vehicle on any sidewalk, crosswalk or boulevard, in front of or within 1 metre of any lane, driveway or alley entrance, or with the right hand wheels of the vehicle at a greater distance from the curb line than 0.3 of a metre, or in winter, subject to Paragraph 5 of this section, as nearly within such distance as conditions of the highway permit. Maximum Parking Time Limits section 23


A $50.00 fine will be issued if you park a vehicle for a longer period than five (5) hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight or a commercial vehicle for a longer period than two (2) hours upon any part of any Highway in the City of St. Thomas.

Overnight Parking on City Streets section 24


A $50.00 fine will be issued if you park a vehicle upon any part of any street in the City of St. Thomas between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 15th to March 15th of the following year.
