
The City has retained Dillon Consulting Ltd to complete a Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study to develop new sanitary servicing infrastructure to support the new urban growth area in the northwest corner of the City of St. Thomas as identified in the City's Positioned for Growth Study. This Class EA will evaluate alternatives for a new sanitary sewage pumping station, upgrading the existing Sunset Drive sewage pumping station, and new sanitary forcemain and gravity sewers to provide sanitary servicing to the new growth areas.
