St. Thomas and Central Elgin Reach Final Boundary Adjustment Agreement
Announced today, the City of St. Thomas is pleased to share that an agreement has been settled with the Municipality of Central Elgin in relation to the municipal boundary adjustment brought about by Bill 63, City of St. Thomas - Central Elgin Boundary Adjustment Act, 2023.
