City-Wide Streetlight Pole Inspection Underway

ST. THOMAS — Residents are advised that the City of St. Thomas is undertaking a street lighting poles and wiring inspection effective immediately in order to plan future maintenance activities. The city-wide inspection is expected to be completed within thirty (30) days.
During this time, hired contractor Polecare International Inc. will be inspecting streetlight poles on the city right of way and in some cases they may be inspecting poles at the rear of a private residence.
If you encounter the contractor, please permit them to complete their short inspection in order to assess pole safety.
