City of St. Thomas

A tax certificate can be requested by completing a request form and emailing to [email protected] 

The following information must be included in the request:

• Owner(s) name
• Legal description
• Municipal address
• Roll number

The fee for a tax certificate is $45.00. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card or by mailing a cheque made payable to the City of St. Thomas.
