The City of St. Thomas has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the creation of up to 42 new FOR-PROFIT child care spaces as part of its ongoing commitment to expanding high-quality child care services in the community. 

We encourage all eligible providers to review the RFP details and consider submitting a proposal. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance child care offerings and support families in St. Thomas. Deadline for submission is March 4, 2025.
