Ontario Ministry of Transportation Launches Highway 3 Study from St. Thomas to Aylmer

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has launched a Planning, Preliminary Design, and Class Environmental Assessment Study for Highway 3 from St. Thomas to Aylmer. The City of St. Thomas is sharing this information because of its significance to our community.
The study will review existing conditions, explore route alternatives, and develop environmental mitigation measures. Public participation is encouraged throughout the process, including three Public Information Centres and comment periods on key study reports.
