City of St. Thomas Aquatics

The City of St Thomas has one outdoor swimming pool and multiple splash pads. We offer a wide variety of programming including public swimming, aquafit, Life Saving Society swim lessons, lane swims, bronze cross courses, and more!

Jaycees Pool is an outdoor public pool facility with an accessible lift offering a wide variety of programming including public swimming, aquafit, Life Saving Society swim lessons, lane swims, bronze cross courses, and more. We also offer pool rentals throughout the summer.

Saturday & Sunday: 12:30 - 4pm

Public Swim - Fees
  • $5.00 per person for all ages, aqua fit, and adult lane swim
  • $15.00 for family (max of 5, 1 must be an adult)
  • $35.00 for a 10 card swim pass

Aquatics Indoor Programs

The City of St. Thomas is proud to partner with the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario to provide
St. Thomas residents with access to indoor aquatic programming at the Family YMCA of
St. Thomas-Elgin. Through this partnership, residents can enjoy aquafit classes, swimming lessons, public swims, and inclusive private lesson opportunities at city rates with proof of
St. Thomas residency. Registration and purchase of aquatic lessons and passes must be completed in person at the YMCA St. Thomas-Elgin branch (20 High Street), as online and phone registration are not available. Please note that this program is offered during the months when Jaycee's Pool is closed, and does not run during July and August while the outdoor pool is in operation. Passes and lesson purchases are non-transferable and can only be used at the location where they were purchased.

Splash Paf

Splashpads

The unsupervised water play areas offers an active, fun time for kids with an accessible, fully-equipped playground experience right next door. Come check out the neat features including dumping buckets, spray nozzles, and sprinkle arc on a random spray sequence, adding to the refreshing watery fun.

  • Waterworks Splashpad: Waterworks Park, 2 South Edgeware Road
  • 1Password Park on Burwell Road across from Valleyview Nursing Home
