To address basement flooding issues in the City of St. Thomas, the city developed a program to assist homeowners in preventing basement flooding. The city will assist homeowners by providing up to 90% of the cost to install a sump pump by disconnecting from the foundation drains and up to 50% of the cost to install a back water valve.
You may be eligible to receive up to $5750 and keep your home safe and dry.
