Public Art Installation recognizes long term relationship between City and County City and County

The City of St. Thomas and Elgin County are please to celebrate their 140 year relationship through the art work in the new Southdale/Fairview roundabout.
The City also presents the Hometown Heroes sculptures at the new Bill Martyn Parkway/Fairview roundabout. For more information on the sculpture please see the backgrounder which will become a plaque on site.
