St. Thomas Council to Pass 2025 Budget

St. Thomas, Ontario – At the December 9th meeting, St. Thomas City Council was presented with the draft operating and capital budgets for 2025. After careful review and consultations with civic administration, Council agrees to a 3.9% levy increase with budget approval set for the January 13th council meeting.
