Sale of Land for Tax Arrears by Public Tender


The City of St. Thomas is accepting tenders for the purchase of properties being offered for sale due to tax arrears.

Tenders will be accepted ONLY at St. Thomas City Hall – Treasury Department until the posted deadline (to be announced).

Tenders will be accepted ONLY if submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:

  • The Property Identification Number (PIN)

  • The Roll Number of the property for which the tender is submitted

  • Attention to Suesan Kea-Kurek

A separate tender must be submitted for each property.
