ST. THOMAS, ON – The City of St. Thomas has successfully completed its annual review of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) protocols to ensure the City's emergency response framework remains effective and coordinated. This review is part of the City's ongoing commitment to strengthen preparedness and ensure that all departments and agencies are aligned and ready to respond to any crisis.

During the review, City officials and representatives from key departments and agencies assessed existing response procedures and resource allocation. The session provided an opportunity to identify areas of strength, and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on enhancing the City's overall emergency management capabilities.
